Our in-house call center provides an easy opportunity to increase sales. Our reps are better trained and educated on all products sold. Unlike third party call-centers that take calls for hundreds of products, our selection of products is much smaller and can be managed much easier. A major detrimental aspect of the third party call-center is that their reps are reading hundreds of different scripts every day and forecasting calls are inadequate, so staffing suffers. Under these circumstances call-centers end up abandoning 10-25% of sales calls because of the unpredictable barrage of phone calls that continually inundate them.

Our Sales Representatives have exceptional closing rates because they are trained with only NAC sponsored products, allowing for higher closing rates for both hard and soft offer campaigns than any third party call-center.
